Welcome to Uprite. By accessing or buying from uprite.co you agree to the terms below. Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
- Who we are
Uprite is an online retailer trading from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Uprite. References to "you" mean any visitor or customer of the site.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photos are illustrative; actual colours may vary slightly due to your screen. Stock and availability are not guaranteed and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices include the cost of shipping where stated and exclude any customs or import duties that may apply in your country. Payment is taken in full at checkout via the payment methods listed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for current timeframes. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the item to the address you provided.
5. Returns and refunds
Governed by our Return and Refund Policy. In short: 30 days, full refund, faulty items covered by us.
6. Intellectual property
All content on uprite.co — including the Uprite name, logo, product images, photography, copy, and design — is owned by Uprite or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
7. User conduct
You agree not to use the site to: break any law; transmit malicious code; scrape, datamine, or otherwise extract data without our consent; or impersonate another person.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Uprite Smart Posture Trainer is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult your doctor before use if you have any back, neck, shoulder, or musculoskeletal condition.
The site and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on uprite.co/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
